Cops: 'CSI' co-star arrested for drugs

LOS ANGELES (AP) — "CSI" co-star Gary Dourdan was arrested Monday for possession of narcotics and dangerous drugs, police said. The 41-year-old actor was found asleep in his car by the Palm Springs Police Department, authorities said.


So many times I enjoyed watching him on that series.

What a shame.

What a shame.

I like his character. Character is not perfect but does the job. Said that a talent such as that wasted on drugs. Didn't think he was that old.

And with what he was caught with, he is pretty far deep into drug use.

The officer arrested Dourdan after locating suspected cocaine, heroin, Ecstacy, miscellaneous prescription drugs and paraphernalia.

The officer should have just made him eat them all. Down the hatch....

You're correct. I got that one wrong.

I had not heard that he wasn't coming back for another season on CSI.

Still, I was surprised to see this guy involved with those kinds of drugs.

They said his contract was up next month and nothing had been reached as of yet, I am sure that this will have some play in the whole thing. Seeing how they lost Jorga Fox (Sara), and if they lose him, they will have to bring someone new in to replace both. William Peterson (Gil) is one of the producers of the show and I am sure he was pretty ticked about this....I just hope Gary can find some help for his problem. He is a very talented actor.

I find it kind of ironic that he did an episode of CSI where he was strung out. I can't remember the premise, but I think it had something to do with someone he was romantically involved with and he found out she was a stripper when she was murdered or something like that. And that episode was playing the other night when I was flipping channels.

I like his character. Plus he kinda reminds me of Lenny Kravitz.

That is so weird.. it was the one where the strip clubowner tried to frame him for the strippers murder and he was all doped up and the whole show was kinda like fear and loathing las vegas

Well, given the current goings-on in CSI: NY, maybe they can transfer "Montana" over to Vegas, after her and whatsisnuts split up.

They announced last month or the beginning of this month that he would not be coming back. His choice to leave.
