Replacing Kamala

They are reportedly going through all sorts of machinations to get rid of Kamala before 2024. My question is, can't they just tell her to hit the road? I thought the President could dump anyone in his cabinet any time he pleases for any reason? Or is it just the optics of firing the black woman they hired specifically because she's a black woman?

Anyway, they have to get rid of her in the next year or so, so they can then have Biden retire and whatever VP he chooses will run in 2024. They can't run Biden and they definitely can't run Biden/Harris.

You watch, they will take hillary clinton out of moth balls and make her VP. Then joe will suffer a very unfortunate suicide by 3 bullets to the head.

I am not a great historian, but as far as i know Agnew was the only Vice president taken down.
They got him for allegedly taking bribes.
Maybe they should look in Camel Toe's background. They might find something.

Here is how it works. President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.” I don't see any way in hell for Hillary to receive confirmation by both houses of Congress.
If she does those FBI files she took with her would have to have a lot of bad JOJO on a loot of people.

Does a VP need to be confirmed? I thought the President could pick whoever he wants and that's that.

I thought they were gearing up for Harris/Buttgieg for 24 if Brandon did not run.

While looking for the answer to your question I discovered that the VP employs 50 helpers. She has 50 people working to make her look good and this is what we get for our money? :roflmao:
Heck, as VP, sitting in a lawn chair by the White House, blasting dance music and chugging beer with tourists would be more productive for the country and make one more popular than whatever it is Kamala is doing.
If anyone has presidential ambitions, I would make an awesome VP, just saying :)

I learned something today :yay:
Which is why, if the Republicans take the House (which they should) - this maneuver has no chance of working. They need an excuse for Kamala to be out before the next Congress is seated.

To my knowledge - the only other VP to leave office was John C. Calhoun (and I only know this because I remember when Agnew resigned). But unlike Agnew, who would otherwise would have been forcibly removed from office, Calhoun resigned more or less over very strong political differences with his President, who at the time was Jackson. (Calhoun was one of only two VPs to serve under two different Presidents).

He never got along with either of them; with John Q. Adams, he'd been a competitor in that election, which was eventually resolved in Congress. Jackson he supported - briefly - until he actually had to govern along with him.

I don't know what idiot stunt they will have to pull to get her out of office - they can't pull of Mueller investigation stunt where she is accused of a made up crime to push her out - the party will never tolerate the first woman VP being shamed out of office. They will likely make her an offer - the latest story is they will offer her a spot on the Supreme Court, which I think has about a snowball's chance in hell.

The Dems made their bed, now they have to lie in it. They put a senile man in office along with a person as VP who barely has the qualifications for mayor of a small town, all because they thought it would get votes. The disaster of their own creation has bit them in the ass, and now it's bringing down the entire party.

They need to have moderates; they need to STOP capitulating to the left before it breaks the party completely. They need SOME force to hold their ass to the flames, because right now with a largely kiss ass press, they have no motivation to stop the carnage.
