I'm not sure, I called SPCA about the way our neighbors were treating their dogs. I dont think they ever responded.

I know for sure in Calvert County i would definitely call Animal Control.
It is in the county ordinance that they enforce cruelty,abuse, and neglect.

Animal Control is not the enemy.
Never said they were, I like the County Animal Control. I don't want this dog picked up and taken to the shelter, it just needs to be checked on and I am not going to start a neighborhood war by talking to the owners

I called the NON-emergency number for the Cops in st Mary's. I explained the situation, a LEO and animal control came out. The LEO determined that it was unfit living conditions and animal control took all the dogs.
