So, it looks like Hurricane Fay will be a major hurricane striking Katrina-raveged New Orleans on the opening day of the 2008 Republican National Convention which will uncertianly send flashbacks of the dismal response by all three levels of government to the catastrophic big one of 2005.

If this happens, what should the Republicans do?

They better have a cake standing by, just in case.
