Restaurant closings in SoMD

A few of my favorite lunch haunts have closed in the Clinton area. Regina's Pizza (which I was a regular customer), Tom's Kitchen (formerly Chi-Chi's, also closed), Royal Beijing (Chinese buffet) to name a few in the past year or two.
Haven't noticed any local franchise chains closing, though. I hope they don't close the Three Brothers in Clinton.
What?!?
When did Regina's close? Hubby got me hooked on their pizza over 20 years ago. Please say it ain't so!
