I told you she wasn't a total retard! :howdy:
When we pulled into Ritas, a worker was sitting on the bench outside. She said "I think I need sleep. I thought that was a little girl pulling in on that bike.: :lmao:

Great ride. A big :yay: to Dukesdad for putting up with my neurotic tendencies. He did, at one poInt, say "BREATHE." I'm a tard on the bike. Just need some confidence.

You would have been so proud of your girl today. She did very well in all aspects of the trip. I was really hoping she would follow me around the circle... :jameo: We did miss you today though

Well, I am 60 now and started at 18...former husband told me I didn't have sense enough to do it.....well now 42 years later and I am still at it and still loving it! That just proves NEVER TELL A WOMAN SHE "CAN'T" DO SOMETHING"

Good for you! I've only had mine for a year and a half. I haven't ridden too much.

Just keep on keeping on....your doin great! I had times I couldn't or didn't ride, but always came back. I know a lady in Washington state that took it up at 72 and is still going strong at 78. Your never to old to follow your dream! Always remember, never ride faster then your angle can fly. Ride safe and enjoy every minute of it!

Absolutely. Funny story... I was coming back west on 64 from Charlottesville in my truck, a pair of bikes in front of me going a tad slower. I pull into the left lane to pass them. Bike in back was an older guy, maybe 65, riding a GoldWing with a trailer. Cool, I thought. Good for him. Came up along side the next GoldWing and almost pissed my pants. It was a little ol' gray-haired lady, tiny wisp of thing riding this big bike. I have NO idea how she could reach the ground. After I stopped being amazed, I gave her the thumbs up.
