My old man wants some good riding boots, something with a zip up type of feature.

Any where local to go and look?

Local?
I've had good luck ordering from Sportsman Guide.
Duty Boots (nylon uppers) work great and are available with side zips.

Go to zappos.com. Order on line. :yay:

How are they on returns if you don't like what you ordered?

He is super stingy on what he is comfortable in...

Which is why I was wondering about somewhere local... Maybe somewhere local to try some out, then price check them online maybe ??

Returns are not hard. Go to local shoe store and get exact measurements on width, etc. and use that to order.

Ah, no. Anything with the HD logo is by definition NOT a bargin. Look on-line for what suits you. Motorcycle Boots at Motorcycle Boot Superstore is a good place to start.

I have just been told that the HD boots hold up longer than others...seriously!

Thanks for the link! I'll look through their women's boots....
Another problem I have, is finding a pair that protects but isn't too thick in the toe area. I find it hard to get them under my toe shifter!!!! :bawl:

Take your shifter off and move it up 1 notch on the spline.
