Montego Bay is in Jamaica. Monterey Bay is in California. :lmao:
I thought that he was talking about Bodaga Bay, which is north of SanFran - it's the town where they filed "The Birds", also a nice site to go whale watching.

All three places. :yay:

Cruised the north central coast area for a couple years while stationed at Point Arena. Bodega Bay, Petaluma, Ft. Ross, Santa Rosa, Ukiah, Ft. Bragg. Big pine country, awesome redwoods. The church from "The Birds" was about 12 miles from Bodega Bay.

Heck, I only have glimpses of it left in my mind as I was there from 1979 to 1981. I remember that Highway 1 was a blast to drive. The fog at times was a killer, mudslides made for a daytrip to the store, and the people were just "far out" (still a few communes back then).

If I try hard enough, I can still "smell" the redwoods and going into The City for a smog fix.

Just because I'm a Dem doesn't mean I'm from California... :roflmao: I'm indigenous to the DC metro area...
