I believe the jury will find him guilty on one count. And it's gonna be a stupid one - like the 2nd charge (see below). It's no way they didn't see boarded up businesses in preparation for riots on their way to the courthouse this morning. They know they have to do "something". As @vraiblonde keeps saying - the jury was selected from Kenosha residents, the same people that voted for their mayor and participated in last years chaos.
  • First-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon: Count 2 states that Kyle Rittenhouse recklessly endangered the safety of Richard McGinniss — a journalist with the conservative Daily Caller — under circumstances that show utter disregard for human life.

I voted in the poll the way I would vote if I were on the jury, but I have a bad feeling it will be a hung jury.

No way this kid is guilty.

There has been presented enough for a reasonable doubt. How the jury selected interprets that in the question.

I have never voted for a democrat my whole life, and I'm a life long resident of Maryland.

So just how did all those democrats get elected? Without me!

I still get called for jury duty about every two years though.

I voted guilty also. The jurors are not about to burn their town again for an 18 year old outsider, right or wrong it may be.

I'm old enough to remember the OJ trial and how juries come to verdicts that have nothing to do with the evidence and testimony. So we'll see.

Me too. There were inconsistencies and the theory that his son Jason did it is very compelling.

an old philosopher dude once said, "an echo reverberates off a frying pan better in the spring"...et tu oh wise one?

That philosopher was Keith Richards...only now you know, "the rest of the story" Good Day.....Paul Harvey, news and comments, brought to you by Winston Cigarettes,

Am I the only one who feels like we are witnessing this man slide into lunacy? Less and less coherent with every post.
