How does he know none of those people were invited? Colin Powell, for one, was content to retire and have a real life again. So was GWB. They aren't the ones who need to be attention-whoring well past their expiration date.

Instead, why not do what the DNC did, invite an ex president who lied to the american people, House of Representatives and his wife. Yeah...thats somebody you can trust.
