Roller Skating

Is tere a roller skating rink here in Calvert County? Someone said there was but I can't seem to find it. I did find a number but it was not in service.

Used to be...at Chaneyville Road in Owings. It closed up a few years ago and is now a World Gym.

Used to be but now it's a gym. I think there's one in Waldorf but don't know the name of it.

Thanks, we just moved here and I like to skate. I've never been to Waldorf but I hear it can be a little dangerous at night. I'll see if I can find it. Thanks!

Not anymore, it is a furniture store (that closed)

Only thing close to it is ice skating at Capital Clubhouse.

They have roller hockey there as well. I think they have some roller skating activities/events at certain times...check out the link.

Why yes they do! I totally forgot, they do that upstairs and I think to the far right as you walk in the door.

Hey, thanks. I was looking for a gym, too and it looks like this one is one my way home from work. I saw one in Prince Frederick where I live but it was one of those just for women gyms. I didn't want to go to a gym where there are only women to look at. lol.

Maryland sure is different from Idaho.

Maryland sure is different from Idaho.

There's also a gym in PF in the Safeway Shopping Center. It's in the old Ames building (behind Patuxent Imaging).

There is a Roller Skating rink in Waldorf off of Post Office Rd. It is where the St. Charles Bowling alley used to be. I have never been, I have jsut seen the signs.
