Roofing contractor opinions

I have to agree! We used Boone Roofing 2 years ago. Our home in Mechanicsville was 25 yrs old and the roof looked like it was 50 yrs old. We had an issue with the roof over an addition that was built prior to us buying the home. They alerted us to the issue, fixed the problem and didn't charge us any more than his original estimate. They did a great job, were careful with our landscaping and cleaned up everything, no evidence they were there! The roof is wonderful and although it wasn't the lowest estimate, it wasn't the highest either. I would recommend them to everyone, they were great.

I have to agree with Boone's Roofing. They put our original roof on 30 years ago and since we had no problems with it we decided to have them replace the old one. Actually the old one was fine but we figured the timing was right. They also updated us with a roof vent and took out our old attic fan. They also updated our skylights. Great work and competitive pricing. We went with them because of the comfort level we had with our original roof they did! We weren't disapointed.

I ended up going with Park Place

I live in Waldorf and was hit by that hail storm that came through in May... I cannot tell you how many people have knocked and banged onmy door at all hours of the day and evening... It has become quite frustrating. However after reading all of the post on this fourm I decided to call Park Place out of Huntingtown and had them come out and provide me with an estimate on replacing my roof..
They could not have been nicer and easy to work with, they offered to help me with my insurance company by meeting with my adjuster to inspect my roof. I signed the contract with them, and I was completly informed throught the entire process.. I got a call the day before delivery & installation . And when their crew arrrived they were quick, clean and curtious. I know of two of my other neighbors who have decided to work with them as well.

With as many people out there soliciting non stop about this storm.. It was nice to work with a company who was not only professional and curtious but did a great job on my house.
