This is a little downstream but this site has nailed both the January and February storms a week in advance.
This time I am hoping they are wrong.

 I am supposed to fly home into DCA Thursday night...I've looked at multiple weather reports, most have that snowstorm north of DC and just rain in DC/SOMD. Tho, I have seen it trending further south in this morning's reports. Been watching it for a week, was concerned bout flying out Monday but that looks like it will be clear.

?

The 20th is 3rd week Feb, so not sure why you flagged March in the title.

What site would that be?
App displays as Hyperlocal Weather. Android download at app store is called Dark Sky Tech Weather App. It was the fav app on Apple at one time too, then Jobs purchased it and shut it down. It is still available for Android. My only issue is the live radar sucks. Tons of info otherwise. Ten day forecast plus hourly for all ten days. Hourly gets into details with hourly graphs that display Precip (Prob % and Rate), Temp (actual and Feels Like), Wind (Speed and Gusts), Humidity (% and Dew Point), UV Index, Pressure, Visibility, and Coverage.

There's probably something to this forecast. The app I use (WBOC) is usually pretty conservative, and it's showing about 6" on the 19th.

This will be a storm starting on Wednesday the 19th into Thursday the 20th. Total of 2-6 inches predicted for Lexington Patuxent area.

Lots of time between then and now for the weather to change.

Yep. They changed already to 9.8 inches on Thursday with 2.8 inches the day before. It can keep going away for all I care. I already know my snow thrower works fine.

Mine has an impeller modification like seen here. Laughs at wet slushy snow.

You should be fine...as long as there are no helicopters in the vicinity.
