The article says Charles Henry Wills, Jr. not Willis.

And is Charlie Willis still alive? I was in his first class at Valley Lee back in the early 70s.

Charlie Wills is still alive and still running calls at Potomac Heights as EMS Chief 7A (Asst Chief) and instructing classes, mostly the EMTB refresher classes. Proably one of the top 3 runners at PHVFD.
