Came through about an hour ago, headed south. Was a county cop directing us through the hospital parking lot to get to Hollywood RD. Went back to the Rt 5 light to continue south, and they had Rt 5 N blocked right there at the light.

Don't know if it's cleaned up yet, so be careful going through there.

Every day thru there. I've been driving 40 plus years and my first accident was going thru there 2 years ago.

There was a multiple car mess at NB 235 & 4 at about 2 PM today. Bad enough the mildly damaged cars were blocking more than one lane, but then there were people standing out all over the place.

Always an accident on that stretch of Rt. 5. The speed limit is 40 MPH, which no one does. They fly through there doing 60 easy. S/B you can be surprised coming over that little hill in front of the hospital by a car trying to make a left turn into the entrance. People need to slow down and pay attention!!

I guess I'm an unusual Not From Here, actually try to stay within a reasonable couple of MPH to the Speed Limit, plan my turns well in advance, and use my directional signals for both lane changes and turns. I also stay in the center of my lane, even on turns and do not crowd the bumper of the vehicle in front of me. Most annoyingly, Yellow Lights, react to them as taught.

I try to drive like Mr. Ashley, the driving school instructor, was still in the passenger seat.
