What in the hell is wrong with the Dept of Transportation for PG county?

Anyone coming up from RT 5 in the morning from Waldorf, LaPlata knows what Im talking about. They created a 3rd lane which would make a left hand turn on Surrats Rd. and now have completly blocked it off on the left hand side causing back ups that weren't there for months!! They've opened up the right lane to make up for that 3rd lane on the left but it doesn't help, because people dont even know thats for going straight also, not just making a right on Surratts twds the hospital.

I want to file a complaint!!! This is ridiculous. Road work signs are up but no one is working....and its causing so much confusion once there is an accident you can forget about being on time for work. It took me 45 min to get from Waldorf to the Beltway this morning.

Has anyone moved out of southern md because of the traffic?

Traffic BLOWS heading towards DC from any direction......you don't like it heading north on 5, find another route or move to northern Maryland and do the 270 corridor for a while.
