While that would absolutely be my first gut reaction (short fuse...), you KNOW you'd lose the lawsuit for assault. Exactly but most people don't have the courage to do that.
We have "stand your ground" laws in FL so it's unlikely they'll be coming to a house near me.

I'm done worrying about lawsuits....the fact is they prey on people like this because of that reason.....you beat a few of these clowns to near coma and they will stop.
These people aren't brave, they aren't realistic threats....as soon as you get in their face they will probably put themselves into a crumpled mass on the floor and go straight into victim mode. As soon as they start getting the slightest resistance they will stop, because that's what cowards do.
