I've had it for a few months but haven’t started it yet because I’m lazy and hate change. Anybody try it yet?

Cookies. I'm telling you nothing beats a work out of making a batch of cookies and baking them and pulling them out of the oven and putting them on a plate and sitting on the couch and turning on the tv and watching Game of Thrones. Dangerous.
Oh sorry...I'm not war.

I like cookies....I made the bestest vegetarian chili yesterday. I usually make sauce (4lbs tomatoes, garlic, basil, bay leaves, salt & pepper) on Sunday but I decided to try chili. I made the sauce first then I added 4 tsp chili powder, 2 cans light kidney beans and a package of the BOCU ground crumbles. It was unbelievably awesome.
Trumps BBPumpkin cookies...
Ugh, I'm caught up in it... I even have the funny circus looking pants...That's so 80's
Misfit is more Lugnut body type/mentality. I think the MMA would be better - at least he seemed to enjoy something similar - I think. As I get older my mind fades...
Okay I've been scared of the BOCU crumbles. But you are the second person who said it was yummy. I'm going to try your chili and the giant will be the ultimate tester.
Lug posted about some sort of potato workout in another thread about 6+ years ago that was recently bumped
I can't find it - found this

and this tread that needs to be bumped

I found this..
"I started out by standing outside the house with a 5 pound potato sack in each hand extending my arms straight out to my sides and holding them there as long as I could.
After a few weeks I moved up to 10 pound potato sacks, then 50 pound potato sacks and finally I got to where I could lift a 100 pound potato sack in each hand and hold my arms straight out for more than a full minute!
Next, I started putting a few potatoes in the sacks, but I would caution you not to overdo it at this level!"
As I'm sure you noticed, I like cookies way too much to endanger my life with "exercise". #teamfattie
I ended up doing P90X Chest & Back yesterday and today I'm going to do the Bas Rutten MMA System Workout instead of my regular Tuesday 8 round kickboxing routine. We'll see.
