1/4 acre yard and I mow it on one battery (mower came with two). I didn't buy it to be enviro, it was on sale and I am sick of ethanol effing up my stuff.Lady I used to share my office with was a big envivo fan. She researched electric lawn mowers all winter a few years back. Come spring, she ordered what she thought was top of the line. Her yard was small, maybe an eighth of an acre, but the mower battery would die before she was half done. She immediately returned it after using it twice and bought a power mower. She was not happy with the experience.![]()
My trimmer just went south, thinking going electric. Recommendations on brand and voltage, system if I replace anything else.1/4 acre yard and I mow it on one battery (mower came with two). I didn't buy it to be enviro, it was on sale and I am sick of ethanol effing up my stuff.
If you want to spend the bucks Stihl would be my choice. They are really the leader in battery lawncare. For less money Ryobi would be my #2.My trimmer just went south, thinking going electric. Recommendations on brand and voltage, system if I replace anything else.
