I think it's humorous even though there's a lot of truth spoken in jest. A family joke we have is that we're so related we're our own first cousins. Of course!!! the county is full of SMIBs - it's a peninsula with two basic main roads in and out and that's in 2006 - what do you think it was like getting "up the road" 150-200 years ago! An old farmer told me that the county didn't even have electricity for the majority of the people until the 1940's when they opened & expanded Pax River. Guess gr-gr-gr grandpa & ma figured you gotta work with whatcha got.
