Even though you buy it, you don’t own it - Companies that surrender this info to law enforcement should be cancelled!

I’ve got sentry safes but without the electronic locks. I’m sure the company still has the combinations to manual safes to hand to the FBI. Guess I need to scratch out the serial numbers.

No need to obliterate the serial number. Manual safes can have their combinations changed. Just take off the cover plate inside the door, and change the rotor disks positions. Easy peasy.

If Liberty does it, betcha the other manufacturers do too.

You bet. I don't keep anything in my safe the government might want but that's beside the point. We know that "proper legal documentation" means anything the government wants it to mean.

I agree there should be no back doors, however if forgotten how is a lock smith supposed to get in with out some manufacture assistance

I'm sure this could be handled by the Hack - a - day community with access to the control board, dumping the firmware and re-flashing

If the FBI want's it bad enough, they will just wreck the house getting the safe out, take it somewhere and ' open ' it

gas axe - gas powered cutter

You will then face some additional charges for making their work harder

Weird: Liberty Safe Dials Revealed To Only Turn Left

PAYSON, UT — Liberty safe owners attempting to retrieve their guns today were surprised to discover that the dials on the safe now only turn to the left.

"Welp, this is strange," said local man Joe Garland. "Absolutely locked out if you try to go right."

According to sources, safe owners have also noticed a few other unusual changes. "It's the weirdest thing," said local woman Katie Rollins. "I was on the phone when I was opening my safe, and I kept hearing something that sounded like feedback. Then when I put my ammo clip in the safe, I could have sworn I heard a little voice saying 'Thank you!'. So bizarre!"

I learned as a child watching cartoons that safes weren't actually safe. Just ask that coyote how dangerous those things can be.

The chances of the FBI coming to my house to get in my safe are almost non-existent, you have more of a chance to die of COVID. It's the crackheads and shitbag family members that I have a safe for.

So basically the Liberty safe is for storing your Bud Light, extra "clips" and copies of Killary's secret email server files

Have a safe packed with heavy junk in it. The important stuff kept elsewhere, hidden, or buried. If ever it happened to me ..... Pretty sure there will be frustrated looking faces when they see all the worthless shait when they finally get that door open.
