The 19 year old just had her wisdom teef taken out, all four at once. Two dug out. :yikes:

The doc said "get her to eat, alot..." and he mentioned chicken salad and for whatever reason, that sounded real good to both of us. She didn't say that. She nodded vigorously and mumbled something when I said 'chicken salad?' :lol:

Now, I am about as likely to make chicken salad as I am to go get a job with ACORN so, off to the path of least resistance; the grocery store.

We're well into our 4th or 5th pound of this stuff since Wednesday and it's just good. Not too much mayo. Not 50% beaks and feet. Not too much celery. Just right.

I'm off to make some more sammitches right now. :buddies:

the last thing on my mind when i got my wisdom teeth out (all 4 2 dug and 2 pulled) was eating food. I did eat soft stuff like mashed potatoes and stuff that was cut up small but not eating chicken salad as most of the time its made with big hunks of chicken and not shredded up.

Ask your daughter how her mouth feels as when I had mind done it felt like someone jacked my mouth up and stretched my cheeks and it was very painful and it hurt to move my jaw up and down the first week after i had them taken out.

The doc made a big deal about eating. She didn't want to the fist 6 hours afterward. He wanted food on her stomach for the vicodin. She just swallows everything. This chick salad isn't huge chunks. It's a lot like tuna salad consistency.

I had to drink nutrition food drinks after my 4 were taken out.I was scared to chew any food for a week.Last thing I would want is a chicken salad.I hope she heals fast.
