This is ironic and almost frighting... I just bought some Saran Wrap opposed to my usual Cling Wrap. Mind you it was my first ever purchase of actual "Saran Wrap". I usually get the stuff in the yellow box but the red box was on sale and thinking that all plastic wraps were equal I got it. Just last night I tore off a piece to cover a bowl that had extra marinade in it to save it until I turned the meat. This is the most God awful stuff ever! It's nothing like Cling Wrap. It's thick and it doesn't stick to anything but itself. Awful, awful, awful stuff. Of course this has nothing to do with the joke but I just realized this last night and the thread reminded me of it.

I know. I've got a box that my practical side won't let me toss til it's gone, but it won't come out of the box, it's impossible to tear on the little metal edge and it won't stick to bowls etc. I may have to wear it tomorrow just to use it all up.
