Sorta surprised me, seeing as we dont have that sort of thing so often. Was at the Gate 1 intersection, say about 2pm. I counted while waiting at the light, 12 people total. Two in the median strip, one with a crappy bullhorn. 10 more on the side of the road by the gas station. Only sign I could read said "No chase, No Run, Everyone goes home". So I think they can leverage that poor old womans death into a change in chase policy. Now, were their guy running becuase he had a burnt out light, you might have a case. But given thier guy was recognized as a violent offender wanted on open warrants....pretty sure I WANT the cops chasing that guy. What if they let him drive away and he's on his way to another violent home invasion.
