ST. LOUIS (AP) -- After weeks of public bickering, Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc.'s board is likely to accept a sweetened buyout offer from the Belgian-based brewer InBev SA as early as this weekend, a published report said.

I think the theme parks will be sold off.
The merged company is to be called Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Will make us stockholders a profit, unfortunately, people like me did not plan on selling BUD and now have an extra taxable capital gain we did not want. BUD was a good, stable, income provider.
