Aspiring Politician Beaten and Arrested For Brandishing Toy Rifle
St Mary's County Resident taken into custody after Falling during Citizens arrest.

California — A 49-year-old man was recovering after being wounded in a attempted citizens arrest in California Maryland after an argument with his live in lover Horatio Bluemwell while at Panera's that arose from the two arguing over Horatio's threat to Leave him, according to St Marys Sheriffs department spokesman.
According to witness accounts, James and Horatio had been in a heated argument when Horatio slapped James in the face and told him that he was leaving him for a 20 year old cabana boy he had met in Waldorf.
James then allegedly ran to his car after telling Horatio that if he couldnt have him, nobody could. As James ran to his car, he was seen spray painting the words "Horatio is a cheating whore" on patrons cars.
Employees of the store chased James out and tackled him to take away the rifle that was later found to be a replica of a Mossburg 243 made of black plastic.
James was arrested and booked into St Mary's county Jail on suspicion of insanity.
James was remanded to the care of St Mary's criminally insane processing center for evaluation prior to a hearing.
If found guilty, James could be sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for violating his parole.
James was heard telling the police officers that he wanted to go back to jail to search for another lover.
Sheriff's deputies are still investigating the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the department of corrections mental health facility at (555) 123-1000.
