She had no intent to manufacture a sbr, most likely she doesn't even know what a sbr is. She cut the barrel off and dropped it off at a local PD.
AFT will not do a thing to her.. it's been a few days now, and field agents do work weekends..
You ignored the key piece of this. She’s a Democratic candidate. Not Jane Q Public.
If she had been an ordinary citizen this would not be ignored by ATF.

That's such horsesh!t,. I know of many cases of folks finding grandpa's WW2 bring home MG that was never papered brought into my cousins gun store and turned over to ATF and yet nothing was done to the person and no one ever asked for there party affiliation..

Haven't read any of those... but have read quite a number of news stories over the years of the ATF kicking in peoples doors over nonsensical ####.
