School Open House

Am I imagining things, or did open houses used to be held in the early evening?
This year, they're in the middle of the day and I guess since none of us have more than ONE KID or all of them in ONE SCHOOL - they're all at the same time.

(shrug) Neither of us can go. Heck, I won't even be within a hundred miles.

The ones for my kids were sometimes in the morning, sometimes not. Some schools do different times for different grades because parking can be a nightmare otherwise.

When my kids were in school the open house things were at 7pm and different schools were on different nights.

I wasn't thinking, but orientations are what I was talking about in my previous reply. That's what are usually occurring at this time if year. A little later there might be an open house in the evening.
