School Picture Day

My son, who tries to act anti-social has discovered a way to get attention from his peers. He is double jointed in several ways, one of which allows him to contract the muscles of his shoulder so that you can see the outline of his collarbone and shoulder bones.....looks kinda like a skeleton arm with a thin layer of skin over it.

It actually get a lot of attention from the girls. As my 15-yo old cousin put it, "It's creepy, but kinda cool at the same time."

So, my little darling decided to show this talent off for the school pictures. According to him, the photographer didn't seem to notice and took the picture that way. :banghead:

I won't know for sure until the pictures come back.

 What a great conversation piece for when he's an adult!

I strongly discourage you from posting the pic, and I know you won't, but I'd love to see it.

Maybe I will, but crop out his face.....but I'll be sending them back and having them redone.

It is not terribly funny now, however. :ohwell:
:yeahthat: Crap like this really pisses me off. Boy just does not think. I am ready to get a remote control unit implanted in his skull so I have total control over him so he stops annoying me with this stupid crap. Oh the joys of teenagehood to come. Anybody have some valium for me?

I think it's awesome!

And Huntr, he obviously was thinking, or he wouldn't have done it in his picture, and would have just had the "cheese" smile. :eyebrow: Pretty smart eh?

:killingme When I was 7 my mom and dad took us to get our 1 and only family picture ever done. I was so bored I rolled my eyes into the back of my head for one of the pictures.

Mom was not happy when she got the proofs back. :killingme

That is so funny. My son wants to wear a bow tie and his favorite cowboy shirt for his picture.

:lmao: Sorry for laughing, I know you're less than thrilled.

I like poster's idea - make your son pay for the retake but keep this one. It's funny but in an irritating kind of way when you're the parent and want to send out great pics of your kids to everyone you know! I'm glad I wont have these issues for a few more years.
