I see that too, they have been doing it for a few weeks. I figured the cost of gas has gotten to the point that it is cheaper to park in high traffic areas and let them come to you than it is to drive around aimlessly knocking on doors only to be turned away with no sale.

I can't imagine those tanks they drive get very good mileage, and I'm sure the fuel comes out of the driver's pocket..

Nearly all the trucks run off of propane. A few are diesel. They fill up at the schwans depot not at a local gas station. The fuel does not come out of the driver's pocket.

The chicken strips are awesome (the ones that have to be deep fried only), the clam strips are good, there's a cheesy chicken broccoli rice thing that's tasty... actually I'm not entirely sure I've had anything bad from them... although it's been years since I've gotten anything from them.

Hang out? They deliver. Although there has been a truck that has been sitting on the side of the road almost ever Saturday for the past month on route 4 (south) in Port Republic selling stuff.

I know they deliver... When I lived in DE they used to deliver all the time. Just wondered what area they were on the side of the road in st mary's county thats all .

They have been parked in front of the old Pennies Bar, in Leonardtown, the past few weekends........keep an eye out.....

Go to their website and place an order and they deliver. My freezer is in my garage, so he leaves it in the freezer and the money is on the side of the freezer. I like their cinnamon apple french toast and their chicken cordon bleu. The beef tips in gravy are good too.

I've seen them in Charlotte Hall in the parking lot where the Pizza Hut Carryout is and I've seen them on the southbound side of the road north of Wildwood Shopping Center...there's a little pull off where you sometimes see cars parked for sale.

I believe they sell by portion size, not by weight. So...you're buying a package of 12 12oz. steaks for a given price, not $X.xx/lb. Figure it out, it's waaayyy expensive.
