You know, Sasha was a dollbaby, too. I'd be surprised if someone didn't snap her up because she was very playful and outgoing.

She was adopted too. :yay: The other two from that litter are awesome kittens also..very playful and loving. They're just a little too small for spaying and neutering.

I brought home Xoraya (she wasn't mine originally). I'm going to work with her..she needs more socializing. AND...

I also just got a 5 day old b/w baby. :stupid:

We LOVE Seamus....

He is so loving and sweet and playful and energetic and cute and I am so thrilled he and Zuma are pawing at each other- playfully. Though Zuma is still hissing a little. Seamus is under a chair; behind a blanket hanging down and Zuma is playing paws with him. Luther seems fine with him and Lola hissed this morning but she doesn't have her fur up or anything. They'll be snuggling in the kitty pod soon!

Catt and Otter, you all did a great job of raising him :huggy:

I don't think we will change his name but I am interested in it's origin and what it means.
He is pawing the keys- you are right- he likes to type!

I'm Irish..and I just love the name. (SHAYMUS) A lot of people thought it was See-mus. It means conquerer or supplanter. He needed a strong name because he had such a rough start and was so tiny. It worked out because I got another litter (who he was raised with after 3 weeks of being on his own) was an "S" litter.

I was one of the people that thought it was See-mus :lmao:

He's resting right now...tuckered out from playing...

Seamus is a smart boy; he has been watching them (watching him!) and plays and entertains himself but is cautious and aware of them. He is letting them get close and doesn't hiss or freak out; just goes along his merry little way. They are starting to warm up and I see playtime with the adults in the very near future!
Don has been calling him *micro kitty* Our other cats are big-not huge- but he is so tiny next to them.

I'm so glad he's doing well!

Today we were given a tall kitty tree/condo that a lady wanted to get rid of. It is gently used but in great shape. I shampooed it and have fans on it to dry. I think it will be a great addition to the 3 kitty *pods* we already have around the house and the timing was perfect. Seamus has taken to sleeping in the other ones, despite the dirty looks he gets from the others.
He is such a great addition to our home and family. Thanks, Cattitude- please visit anytime!

Seamus -- aka micro-kitty -- makes for a pretty good alarm clock too. Walks on my face at 5am! He, of course, thinks it is time to play, which seems to be Job One for him, as you would expect from a kitten!

He is quite the little purr-bot too... loves being held baby-style and getting belly rubs.

 I guess he's still on my schedule. I'd feed him his breakfast around 5 a.m.

He's an affection sponge! Thank you so much! Oh! He loves sock monsters. One of my rescue pals gave me the idea. You use a tube sock and fill it with crumpled newspaper...not too full.. and tie the end of the sock. It makes a crumply sound and cats love them. Seamus loved to attack the "monster" and he would jump and hop and then run and hide from it.

He slept with me most of the night- well, he slept; I didn't!
The cats are free fed EVO crunchies on the top of a wine rack as the doggies really like kitty food. I had to make a step for him since he is so tiny and couldn't get up there without help. He figured it out pretty quickly! He eats like a horse!
Today will be his 1st day alone with the big kitties and I think they will all do fine. He and Zuma were kind of playing last night- mostly pawing at each other. He has been playing with toys and batting around the balls on one cat tree that have been ignored for awhile. Now everyone is interested in them!
I'll try the sock buddy; though I may have to make 4 of them :)

You are such a good person. I thought I would love to foster until you told me about the :gossip: I couldn't do that.

Seamus is such an atttention monger! He insists that I hold him first thing in the morning.

He is also a MOOCH! He begs during dinner, I swear, worse than the dogs even: at least THEY don't try and curl up on the actual dinner plate! I had to get MB to stand guard on my plate while I went into the kitchen to get a drink refill during dinner so I would not find a plate-o-kitten when I came back!

Also, he seems to have a thing for crawling into the fridge whenever the door opens.... I have learned to LOOK DOWN before closing the fridge door, as I *really* don't want to close the door with him in there!

He is definately gonna be a lap kitty, I think....
