How would I go about finding info on someone outside of the Maryland District Court system? Would like to find out if this person has problems in any other state.

It's not available for all states, but it's definitely worth a shot. the only other thing that you could do is contact the county courthouse of where you know he lived and ask for info. It's all public information, but most will probably request that you be there in person to get the info.
