And I am sure the WH staff publicly gives political opinions all the time.

Right, but that's their job. The White House staff who are authorized to give opinions are just that authorized. Just like the military, I imagine the contract you sign says while you are identifiable as a member of the military. Or in this case the White House staff you'll keep your traps shut. Or maybe not. See, I think it's not so much that they're giving their political opinion. It's that they're holding a staff identifying themselves as member of the White House staff while they do so.

Stupid how? Has this person not mentioned several times that they directly work for or support (contracted) the government on a daily basis? Are they not on this forum each and every single day? Did they not say "Don't want to be identified and lose your job? Buncha phucking tards?" Do you not think that if this person's employer found out that they were spending this much time commenting and involving themselves on this site INSTEAD of working that they would want a refund??
