A tip: try not to think of those as "burgers" - they're not even close. If you think of it as just a different type of bun filler, a veggie patty instead of a burger, you'll like it better.

I agree that they don't really taste like a burger but I like them A LOT. The regular ol' Morningstar veggie burger on a piece of wheat toast with a little mayo and some season salt, delish!

I saw Elton Brown use a slotted plastic spoon. Seemed to work fine but I haven't tried it.
I bet they'd be good as a HOT sandwich..

I use the shell method
If you crack the egg with a knife it makes for a nice straight line in the shell and you won't have to worry about the shell breaking the yoke when you pour it out of the shell
BSG just gives them "the look" and they separate themselves.
