I work on an SCA scale. On some items I am glad to be making SCA, but at the same time I am losing out on retirement benefits from my company due to I am on the scale. Also, it seems some companies go more in depth in the pay out and actually add the health benefit price into there wages, but not were I work.

Or maybe in an incredible coincidence, they are two separate newbie type people who happen to both hate SCA contracts.
