My only problem with going to a place like that is you're there for 3 hours.

Then don't go with anything radical; just get a usual trim. You don't want to risk having horrible hair in your vacation pictures if something doesn't turn out the way you hoped.

I originally posted this in the Beauty forum, but this seems to be the most active forum and I'm hoping for some quick responses. I plan to get my hair cut this evening. Sorry for the dp.


Anyone go to Shear Image beauty salon in Charlotte Hall? I usually just go to Unique Chic, but the beauticians at Shear Image seem to be younger so I'm thinking they can give me a more funky hair style. Some of the ones at Unique Chic just seem too old fashioned.

I'm a little late but if you can see Karen, she's wonderful and not snooty like the other girls. She's been cutting my hair for about 5 years now and I'm too skeered to go anywhere else

I will go to Shear Image if all I need is a trim and I always see Nicole. She does a good job. If I want a major style change, I will go to Classic Image in Smallwood Village and I have Leslie cut it. They are pricey, but she does a great job.

They also have a nice day spa. I was just there today for 6 hours of pampering.

I ended up going to Unique Chic. Karen did it and she's one of the better ones. I took a picture of what I wanted and it turned out nice.
