I understand completely that "accidents" do happen, but I've been really lucky with mail order shopping. Just got an outboard motor part shipped from middle FL and it was at my mailbox in 4 days. I track my packages closely and the only problem I've had lately is when the seller drags their feet.

Same, I've had quite a few shipments lately using all three carriers, and they all arrived ahead of schedule in good condition.

I have had two issues with the USPS delivering packages that were clearly damaged leaking fluids and one exploded bottle of hot sauce you could smell the box from 10' away........
