I have been looking everywhere too..low carb and all. sometimes called miracle noodles. I haven't been able to find them locally. Woodburns used to have them, but of course that's not an option anymore :( isnt there a health food store in Ltown? Maybe they would have them. If not..order them from amazon they are fairly cheap on there and they have all of the shapes..including miracle rice.

I intend to order them online if I cannot find them around here but it just seems hard to believe that no place around here carries them. Gawd I wish we had a nice whole foods store around here. :bawl:

They smell really bad and you have to rinse them pat them dry and rinse again. The texture was fine I just can't stand the smell. Also, you need a cheese sauce or cream based sauce to coat them, tomatoe sauce does not stick very well.

Beleive it or not Shoppers Food in the produce section

That is great to know. :yay: The health food store in Leonardtown will have some more packages in Monday or Tuesday.

Also, h3, I've been warned to wash and rinse well and use Laughing Cow Cheese to coat or they will taste like chewy pond scum.

Only after you smother it in hysterical bovines it might...:twitch:

Actually, this entire dish is low in fat and only about 240 calories. The attraction with this type of noodle is the entire bag is only 40 calories & no fat.
