but if the sexual assault occurred some time ago w/o the girls involved reporting the assault... i would think that physical evidence would be lacking (in most cases)?

I would just like to take a moment and defend myself and say that I haven't pm-ed anyone about anything. I am well aware that an arrest is fair game for the media.

I brought it up because I was in foster care as a teenager and knew plenty of pretty little liars. By no means am I saying the man is innocent, only that there are girls out there that would make up a story for pity, attention, spite. Maybe they told a story that got out of hand, idk. I mean, if the story were presented differently, we might be questioning the motivation and truthfulness of the girls.

He hasn't been convicted and no one really seems to know anything else about it so it seems a little early to vilify the man......although, I'm hooked and my ears are wide open if anyone else has more details.

How so? If every person sentenced to be executed got the needle this weekend, it still wouldn't touch this dirtbag. What you're talking about is expanding the spectrum of crimes that deserve capital punishment. Don't believe that will happen any time soon in Maryland.
