To be honest he offed himself in a state which does not execute, so IMHO this is a win win for us all.

The judge released Loskarn to home detention after defense attorney Pamela Satterfield said there was nothing to suggest he would kill himself.

With the final outcome, I think the Judge did the right thing.

I agree and I have seen way too many Law & Order episodes this last week with my kids at home but I am really almost wanting to send flowers just to thank him and his family that he removed himself from the gene pool.
