SMARTCO Needs Help to Help Others - Southern Maryland News, Charles County, Calvert County and St. Mary's County News

SMARTCO’s efforts are done primarily by an all volunteer labor force utilizing donations from the community and private industry. In tough economic times, donations are drying up and the 501(c) 3 is feeling the pinch.
