Smeco: Check your bill!!!

Mine went up by $75. I just got off the phone with smeco and she tried to tell me its because of all the hot days we had. Umm yeah we maybe had a week of the temps being in the 90's but I keep my ac at 78. She told me I could go out and look at my meter and compare it to what the reading was. I guess I will have to do that when I get home.

Just rec'd my bill and it's higher than the previous month and I've been less 2 people in the house for 5 weeks now. :eyebrow:

Mine dropped by $30 and I'm wondering why? Have to call SMECO. I get the same bill all year, same cost. Now all of a sudden, it gets cheaper. Have to throw the :bs: flag on that one.

I wonder if anybody is lower then their neighbors or is it just a marketing ploy? We all need energy audits and new appliances! :duel::duel:

A little over a year ago I put in all new appliances in the kitchen and a new heat pump unit for the house. Could be the difference. :shrug:
