Hey there - this is the Smibville, USA girl, Patty Dorsch - thanks for listening to my song out there on the internet - Star 98.3 played it the other day - I'm going to the radio station next week to talk to T-Bone and Heather about the song and my cd, Perfectly Crazy, that I'm selling in the local music stores and bookstores. My website is www.somdcomputerguy.com/patty - please go to the site and sign my guestbook and tell me what you think. Thanks, Patty
Great job Patty.

I am so happy to hear everyone on here loves that song. I got it emailed to me and thought "oh no, if anyone local hears this, they are gonna be PISSED!!!"
I have some friends here who are seriously offended by the term "smib." I mean, come on... take a joke!
I give the song a :yay:

It's sort of like, you can call your sister a Ho but don't let anyone else do it.

The song may be catchy, but it simply should have had a few more lyrics. Too repetitive to really be considered a good song, it's more like a bad parody. Can you imagine how many more sales it would get if she had mentioned like five or six more local places?

It's called a chorus (the repetive portion) :yeahthat:
BTW, just heard it and thought it was a nice production, nice job Patty and Co.

Thank you, Mr. Music. But there should be words between the chorus, not music and then a repeat of the chorus again. I know it's called lengthening the song and it happens all the time, especially in country music.

Patty, It's on the juke box at the Hole in the Wall. Hope you don't mind, if there's a problem, let me know.
