There's a Chinese guy that does this as a side business. He does fine engraving (by hand) and snow globe repair.

During the day he's the host at Bon Buffet, and runs his side business out of the back of the restaurant.

Go to Bon Buffet, go to the front desk and ask for Kim.. be sure to bring the remnants of your snow globe with you.
