I dislike using public funds to finance any private business. Don't see the difference between building a stadium or a snickerdoodle factory. It's a private business and should not be funded by tax money.

Yep. Public funds = your hard-earned money and mine. FEMA didn't pay a dime...WE did!

Buddy Buddy Buddy. They spent that money to bring revenue back to NO. They spent 185M and they said last nights game brought 12 million in. The Saints are sold out the rest of the season so that will recoup their money. I doubt the FEMA money was a "grant", it will probably be paid back.
