well, I was on Old Alexandria Ferry Road around 2PM..... Woodyard Rd was backed up so, I decided "Hey, jump on 5, take the Beltway to Rt. 4...."

So, NB5 was jammed, the Beltway was closed. I made it to Allentown Road and sat there, bumper to bumper, until 4:15...

Where were the jerks going passing on the right shoulder over curbs, grass, etc?....

"It's worse", I replied, "there are 100s of them!"
