I have barely paid any attention to what Trump says about Biden at all. I don't read his tweets, about Biden or anything else. I am, despite your assumption that I am not, able to listen to Biden and form my own opinion about him without any outside encouragement from The Man.
I have listened to Biden talk, which is to say that I have first-hand watch him babble nonsensically. Just because he has good days from time to time and manages not to ... do... you know... the thing... that thing he does.... with the thing - doesn't mean that he is not sinking deeper into dementia. I listened to him say - on camera - that he's running "for Senate". That last part within the past week or so. In context. And since I am apparently a worthless old **** myself, I have seen a thing or two. One of those things is that I have watched people decline as they succumbed to horrifying incoherence. And I recognize the early stages of it when I see it.
Bet your ass that Biden will never be inaugurated, even if he's elected.
And that's not swallowing propaganda - that's watching something with my own ****ing eyes.
And no, I am not making fun of him, or blaming him for it. I am, however, shocked and horrified that his family is allowing this shitshow continue, and the Democratic Party should be ashamed of themselves for making them. Harris is inside the Trojan Horse that is Joe Biden. And it's ****ing disgusting.

And for the record, some of the most close-minded people I've ever seen in my entire life are young people.
Biden is right there on national TV being confused and worn out and flipfloppy and exploding in inappropriate fits of rage, and that's even with the press leading him and answering his questions for him. It's not like this is some big secret - it's right there for anyone to see.
So why do you suppose some choose not to see it?
Joe takes off for almost a week to prep for tonight's debate, while Trump has been having two or more rallies a day.....and somehow that makes Joe this energetic ball of fire? Barely campaigning is taking it out of him, how the hell is he going to do President things?
And his "supporters" are all like, "Oh, that's just Faux News propaganda!"

I saw both - and I think you're reaching a little bit in trying to make them more grandiose than they actually were.
Anyway, I did say that that he's in the early stages. I'm sure he manages - especially when he's got something prepared to read from. I didn't imply that he's completely gone - but the fact that he's declining is apparent to anyone who is:
- Paying attention
- Not close-minded.
If the shoe fits...
You can call it "unhinged", or tack on whatever adjectives you want to delegitimize or belittle my position to make yourself feel better - but anyone who denies that it is not only a possibility, but is quite probable, is simply deluding themselves. Biden will be 25th Amendmented within 90 days of inauguration, if not sooner.
