I don’t think anyone wants to go to the United States for grade or high school. In THAT we are far behind but for one HUGE thing —-

Many countries, school is very different from ours. Some education isn’t available for everyone. Others are set along a track at an early age - we have more or less a cookie cutter one size fits all approach.

Comparisons often don’t make any sense because the pool of students is not the same.

I was less than specific here, it should be "where does the entire world want to go for college or university".
