Note this line from the press release (which, due to the bold type in the original, is what CISA apparently wants to be the take-away):
An astute reader will note that this could very well be true and yet still doesn't address the crux of much of what TrumpWorld's complaints are (nor does the rest of the joint statement, btw).
Be the astute reader. Better yet, be the thinking reader. It's not hard to see what the problem is in how the pro-Biden/anti-Trump folks are using this.

I'm not sure that's true.
There is no evidence that any voting system...was in any way compromised.
Trump's camp is claiming widespread fraud. Election officials in all these states refute this. The myriad of lawsuits Trump and others are brining are being dismissed at an embarrassing rate.
The release goes on to say:
“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too. When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”
I'm not sure how I misread this, but no "trusted voices" are supporting TrumpWorld claims.
