I think we've had democratic rule for over 230 years. Actually, we've had a republican form of government.....

Do you mean Democrat rule? Is a person a Democrat, or a Democratic? If it is Democratic rule, does that mean when Republicans are in charge it is Republicanic rule? Just curious.

It's actually a campaign promise through Mrs. Clinton. Not directly, of course. Through slow action.

Under Mrs. Clinton’s plan, she would use administrative powers to make anyone selling a substantial number of guns declared “in the business” of firearms dealing, and subject to the same rules as retailers, if Congress does not act, according to the campaign aide.

She'll have a pen and a phone, and she won't be afraid to legislate through executive order, just like Obama.
